By using The Art of YT ("the service"), accessed through the Claude.ai assistant, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The Art of YT provides YouTube channel research, analytics, and creator-coaching tools, delivered as a custom connector inside the Claude.ai assistant.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have authority to grant access to the YouTube channel you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service's APIs.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

4. YouTube data

When you connect your YouTube channel, you authorize The Art of YT to read your channel's analytics on your behalf via the YouTube Analytics API. We handle that data per our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of analytics, recommendations, or research outputs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Art of YT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and revoke access per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the service operator's place of business.
